+: The staff on the floor every day made you feel comfortable and welcomed.The view from our room was to die for...The pool was beautiful to swim in, and the local food choices weren't too far away.
-: The treatment on our last day. I'm kind of glad we didn't meet the front reception manager until the end, as we were made to feel that we were robbing the place. Even after the way he treated us, he refused to help us with our bags or take the luggage to our taxi.... but was happy to help everyone else.We had stayed there 2.5 weeks and made sure we treated everyone with the utmost respect as they did us.
