Featuring wood-beamed ceilings and private terraces, the large rooms open out to tropical or pool views. They include a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a sofa and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have private pools and pavilions.

+: The property is located outside the crowded area so it is very silenti. The rooms are big, although the wardrobe space is even too much big compared to the bedroom.
-: The location is not close to the beach. There is a shuttle service, but only 3 times per day and only one way (no return). The bathroom has not privacy because it is linked to the wardrobe, but only separated by glass doors.The level of English of the staff is not very high (except for some department).Cleaning of the rooms (at least for what I am concerned) must definitely be improved given also the level of the hotel. The new buildingsrooms - despite quite new - required more maintenance, but this is mostly due to the kind of weatherclimate.Honestly, I think the “old” part is more Thailand style and looks nicer.

-: The location is beautiful, but several issues arose during our stay.I booked a villa with a private pool, and before heading to the resort, I called them to prepare the place as I and my friends were tired. We contacted them at 12:30 PM, and they assured us that the villa would be ready upon our arrival. However, when we arrived, they informed us that the villa was not ready because the private pool had been affected by the rain. They did not inform us of this over the phone or apologize for the inconvenience, even though we had made the reservation 14 hours in advance.Instead, they gave us three connected rooms with a shared pool, which was available at 5 PM—three hours after our arrival. We reluctantly accepted this since we had already paid for the reservation via Visa. However, we were dissatisfied with the pool, as it was colored red. They compensated us with a credit of 5,125 Thai Baht, which we could use within two days. Unfortunately, we didn’t use it, and it was a small compensation compared to the price of the private pool villa.From the first day, we requested to extend our stay for four more days, and while they accepted the request, they did not provide a price or confirm the booking. The next day, we followed up with them, but they apologized, saying that they had given our rooms to another booking. They offered to move us to rooms without a pool if we wanted to stay, without considering that we had already lost the villa and now our booking too.It seems they care more about money than their customers.They apologized when we checked out, but it didn’t matter as we lost two days of our stay—one day settling in and another moving to new accommodations.!
