+: Lage sehr gut, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schön gepflegter Garten, sehr schöne, große Bungalows, sehr schöne Anlage insgesamt.

-: Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden (Fenster dreckig, und dies vermutlich schon über längere Zeit). Viele Mücken bedingt durch Regenzeit und den tropischen Garten. Resort ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Bedingt durch die Low-Season ein eingeschränktes Frühstücksbüffet (was ich aber verstehen kann). Frühstückskaffee sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig (ich habe mir immer heißes Wasser zusätzlich kommen lassen müssen).

+: The Mukdara is an amazing property, and we were so looking forward to having 3 to 4 days of rest and relaxation after 3 weeks of travelling. The property has so much potential, and the friendly breakfast staff and security guy were awesome. There were only about 10 people staying in this huge property as it is low season.

-: From the moment we checked in at 10pm (it took 30 minutes to check in), we were treated with complete indifference. One of the rooms we booked was putrid smelling with dirty linen. Both rooms did not have hot water, and we tried on 4 different occasions to have this issue sorted. This hotel needs new management as the staff were completely disinterested if we were comfortable or not. When we asked for bug spray, as my husband was getting bitten, all the receptionist asked was our checkout time. It was as if they were waiting for us to leave so they could go back to scrolling on their phones. We decided to leave after 2 nights and move into another hotel in the same area. I'm very happy we made the move! Don't book into this hotel, there is so many options in this area.
