+: The property is good in terms of views and quietness. The staff were also good and helpful.
-: The property can be considered as not safe. You need to watch out what’s around you all the time.We were in a beach front villa and we saw this kind of big lizards swimming with us in our pool. This was a kind of horror for us. The staff moved us to another upgraded villa which was also nice. But it also has a plenty of lizards all around the place. We also had a number of monkeys coming in and stayed in the middle of our villa for long time. This means we couldn’t enjoy the place as we couldn’t feel safe. They also refused to compensate us for this and said the upgraded villa change was enough.

+: 最初は少し高めだなと思っていたオールインクルーシブでの滞在でしたが、結果的には安く済んだと思います。特にこちらから要望したわけではなく、部屋は無料でグレードアップしていただけました。家族4人で過ごすには十分な広さの部屋で、清掃も行き届いていて快適でした。小学生の子供2人は初めてのタイで、食事が少し心配でしたが、ホテルに3つあるレストランの内、2つ利用しましたが、どちらもレベルが高く美味しかったです。スタッフは明るくてホスピタリティがあり、とても好感が持てました。プーケットに行く機会があれば、是非また利用したいと思えるホテルです。

-: Out booking was half board, upon check in, were told that children are NOT included and only can have something from kids menuI contacted Booking.com who have sent an inquiry to them, but I haven’t heard anything to this moment
