-: Bei Buchung wurde nicht erwähnt das das Haupthaus, dass ich schon so oft besucht hatte, geschlossen war. Die Umbuchung ins Triple-Two-Narai hat man mir als upgrade verkauft. Bar und Pool im Narai - wegen Covid-geschlossen. Zimmer Eintritts karten sind sinnvoll. Aber jedes mal bei Liftbenützung die Karte zu verwenden ist mühsam und übertrieben. Eine Badewanne im Designerbad ist gut, aber wenn Sie nur für Kinder funktioniert eher frustrierend. Keine erreichbaren Steckdosen neben dem Bett ist auch nicht gut. Die Beleuchtung besteht aus vielen kleinen Lampen. Das ordentliche Licht fehlt aber. Das sind typische Architektenzimmer. Sehr durchgestylt, aber unpraktisch. Das kann die Freundlichkeit des Personals auch nicht wett machen.
