-: They need to provide transport from reception to the room as the rooms are far and difficult to carry the bages especially if you are with family

+: It was clean and everything was functional. The aircon was good and hot water functioning well.
-: The only reason why I booked this was because they had the 4 single bed option. When we arrived, they said that they did not have such an option. But I showed the booking document to them and it clearly indicated 4 single bed.. There was four of us. They also wanted to hold on to our passports as a deposit, which I did not agree to. So alternatively, they would take 1000 Baht as a deposit. (A bit of a silly policy if you ask me)
