One of the best choices we have chosen in the city of Phuket. The Boat Lagoon Resort is part of the marina on the east coast of Phuket. Spacious rooms with marina views. The resort has two pools and a spa.
Rooms at the Boat Lagoon Hotel have a balcony, satellite TV and a minibar. All rooms feature a microwave and tea / coffee maker.
Guests can work out at the fitness center or play a game of tennis with friends. Attend yoga and Thai boxing classes. Other hotel amenities include a supermarket, a jogging track and a games room.
Harbor Restaurant serves Thai and international dishes. The Port of Call Beer’s terrace offers a daily barbecue buffet. Snacks and drinks are offered in the lounge in the hotel lobby.
Boat Lagoon Resort is a 30-minute drive from Phuket International Airport.

+: Everything was perfect, staff, hotel breakfast, swimming pool, room are excellent. Supermarket in 5 mins walking distance, excellent restaurants nearby with live music. 12 mins taxi to Andamanda water park. Perfect location.
-: There is no beverage price list inside the fridge and I miss the QR code at the kitchen. It is unfortunate that I thought it is like the hotel in Macau that the mini bars are free of charge.I don't like surprises at the check-out time especially I am in a hurry.

+: Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Airco maakt weinig geluid. Personeel is attent en bereid om alles te doen om de gast op zijn gemak te stellen.
-: Europees ontbijt is niet geweldig. Selectie is beperkt en kwalitatief ondermaats. Er zijn goede broodbakkers in Thailand.

+: Pool was ok Rooms were clean which is normal for an hotel from nh group, its supposed to be a 5 star
-: Personnal was almost chocking to me, FRANK at the reception specially We explained for the double bed was so hard, they did something twice, but we didnt have a good night We came here because its nh group and five star so we could be for sure in a good place but we were disappointed They show a couldnt care less attitude when you talk to them, at all times, they are not attentive, interested or watchful The bed is not acceptable Breakfast is barely acceptable , food at the restaurant aswell And certainly not a 5 star service A shame for the nh group , do something !!!!
