+: Hotel muito cuidado, moderno, numa ótima localização. Sossegado e perfeito para uma escapadinha romântica. Pequeno-almoço delicioso, com muita variedade. Staff simpático e atencioso. Passámos aqui uma semana durante a nossa lua de mel, e não podíamos ter ficado mais satisfeitos.

-: Bed setup requested and confirmed was not correct when we got to the room. They did reset the room, but would have been better to just move us to another room.

+: I loved the resort was very very clean and the room was very comfortable the bed was amazing!

+: L'hôtel est très bien localisé, il est à côté de toutes commodités (marché nuit, restaurants, boutiques). Il est très beau et bien décoré, nous avons adoré son style. Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins. De nombreux services intéressants sont proposés comme la navette pour aller à la plage. Bien qu'il soit proche du centre et du bruit, nous n'entendons absolument rien au sein de l'hôtel. C'était parfait merci beaucoup.

+: Ottima posizione e struttura meravigliosa. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Zona piscina molto bella. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

+: Very new and clean feel. Staff was polite. Breakfast buffet was really good. This area, Kata beach, seemed much more relaxed than other beaches we passed to and from the airport. Glad we stayed here.

-: There was a bit of a big brother vibe at times. Don't know if they have problems with people stealing things. I thought the 6000 baht cash deposit was a bit steep. Again, could be the nature of the sorts of vacationers in Phuket. I was surprised that they wanted to charge me a service fee for something like getting a taxi when other hotels haven't done that.

+: 全てが綺麗で、清掃が行き届いているのを感じました。繁華街やカタビーチからも近くロケーションも大変良いです。
