+: The service at the restaurant

-: The service at the lobby, the security guards, and the house keeping was all bad.

+: staff was great location was good

-: there was a foul smell in the cafe & parking area. Also there was 2 electric scooter that was in front of hotel. These scooters are illegal to be used in Thailand according to the police and hotel but we only found out after topping up our app. the hotel took very little responsibility of these scooters. they should not allow this electric scooters to be parked in their lobby but all they said that this was not theirs.
