+: We called the property requesting an ocean facing room - that was confirmed. On check in they offered us an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi seeing as there where no ocean facing rooms. The after check in we realized that the jacuzzi was not working and they kept on sending maintenance to repair it, but it wasn’t done and they refused to move our room!

+: الاوتيل روعه من جميع النواحي ويناسب للعوائل وخصوصا اللي معاهم اطفال . البحر اللي قدام الاوتيل مره ماهو حلو وخطير لاانه يعتبر زي المجمع وخطير ويجمع الوصاخات ( راح تلاحظون ملياان علبه ووصخ ) . تعامل الموظفين روعه وخصوصا في نادي اللعاب الاطفالkids club .. راح نكرر زيارتنا اكيد
