+: The staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to answer any questions we had during our stay. The top roof bar and restaurant was wonderful and so was the on-site Day Spa.

-: I was disappointed with the outdated decor of the hotel lobby and room. It was also advertised as being alot closer to Old Town than it was. Perhaps more information in English with a map and clear directions to the centre of Old Town would have been useful. Even providing short shuttle buses or taxis that are happy to make the short trip would be beneficial to tourists. Having a full time permanent staff member at the coffee shop in the lobby would also entice patrons to purchase rather than walk away without something because there was no one serving. The pool furniture could be updated as well as its garden area.
