-: Behaviour of senior staff specially Mr james &Ms Nicenan very rude. They totally disappointed us and showed very illogical side their decision making. I am surprised they are in such a tourist oriented industry. Charging money for some stain on their table was such a case we never heard of. May be this is the way to make money from every customer who comes to such room. In short Novatel brand disappointed.
