-: this is an example of a hotel that could be very nice. It is actually very expensive, but they are quite cheap in many areas. For example, they kept locking one of the exercise rooms. I couldn’t access it, even though every other part of the facility was open. Why did they do that? If we have access to the fitness club, why not just open up all of the rooms? The staff of the front desk also treat customers like their thieves. I left my room key. I had to get another one and the girl was insisting that I be sure to return all three keys the next morning. These are stupid little plastic devices. And I paid over $230 a night. They treat me like a cheap thief. also, there were a lot of empty room service trays laying around the halls. Why can’t housekeeping service pick them up? They sit there for a long time and are very unsightly.the bed was very uncomfortable. I also sent them a number of messages to Booking.com about my room and they never answered any of them.
