+: I liked the location of the property.

-: First off I was I greeted at reception by nobody. Couldn’t find or get hold of anyone for hours. I was later greeted by a rude man who explained to me that I would be paying for the electricity I use separate, which I found ridiculous as the price for my stay was already extortionate for such a bang average room. He then demanded a 5000 baht deposit, which again I found ridiculous I’ve never had a hotel request such a high deposit. Also my room wasn’t cleaned once the whole 5 nights I stayed, I asked for spare towels and staff were rude about it. Will never stay again and avoid at all costs.

-: Disgusted with the hidden charges.£20 for 1 night and they added on a £32 cleaning fee we were in the room for around 15 hours.They also ask for you to pay for the electricity in cash after your stay.When you tell them your check out time they aren’t here to check you out.Not good when you are heading to the airport.Never would stay again due to this.
