+: You cannot get better air conditioning than this at this price. On par with the expensive hotels. You can use the fridge but the cooking facilities are lacking. The toilets and rooms are cleaned daily and beds made like in a hotel. The toilets and showers lack air con and they are super hot. Becuse this place is very far away, the prices of nearby shops are slightly lower than on beaches.
-: The location is bad. You need to drive to get anywhere. The main bus station is within a walking distance.
