    +: Hotel is beautiful, close to the Central Festival shopping centre and a quick Grab into town. Staff are great. The Indian restaurant downstairs is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable.

    -: Location is not ideal. It's very close to the highway, which is very loud all through the night and not easily walkable. Even locations quite close are best accessed by car, and the apparently regular buses into Phuket Town were hard to find if they even existed.

    +: Hotel decor is so good, it has beautiful corridor front of the rooms, everything is so good but location is far from everything except Central mallYou can storage your luggage for free

    -: 20 minutes driving to old town which is farAll the stuff speaks only Thai which is hard to communicate
