+: The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the view was spectacular. That is where my :like: ends. Since I need more, the staff did help get our bags to the room and the room was good.
-: We had two people and were only given one key and they refused to give a second. I purposefully booked two beds and we got one queen. They offered a roll away but it would not have worked in the room. The power outlets required Hulk strength to work so they did get us an extension cord to use that also was tough to use but was easier than the wall. The key was used to turn on the power to the room which included said outlets and the air-conditioning. When you left the room, these things turned off so when we thought my phone was charging while we were at breakfast ... it wasn't. I had to stay in the room with the only key to make that happen. AND then there are the stairs to the room with a sea view. 120 up one side and 110 up the other side which was less stairs but steeper. If you weren't in good shape, these stairs killed you. And the only way to your room was the stairs. Lastly, the staff asked us to review on our way out and then said to contact them directly next time and the rate would be cheaper. Not what we wanted to hear. In the end, we wouldn't stay there again.
