+: das Frühstück war katastrophal, es gab Frühstück von 8 bis 11 Uhr. Einmal waren wir um 10:15 beim Frühstück', leider gab es da außer Kaffee NICHTS mehr. wir forderten das Personal auf die Pots aufzufüllen, sie sagten sagten nur: "es gibt nichts mehr".
-: Die Zimmer wurden nur auf Aufforderung sauber gemacht und selbst da nicht. Und von sauber machen ist hier keine Rede - es wurden lediglich neue Handtücher dazugelegt und das wars. Nicht einmal die Betten wurden teilweise gemacht.

-: The room was dirty, used unclean bed sheets with blood on, used towel presented as clean. Urine on toilet seat, unclean shower, black footprint in bath. Broken security lock on bedroom door. Balcony door had broken lock.Not safe especially if you're a lone female and definitely would not recommend staying here. I arrived at night, told staff about dirty room, smelly used towels and room presented as being clean even though it obviously was not.. Receptionist looked, took photos and agreed it was dirty, not safe with no lock but couldn't offer another room. Told her I couldn't sleep there coz it was disgusting and dirty. She agreed and apologised. As it was middle of the night, had nowhere to go so stayed on the chair and at the crack of dawn went back to reception requesting a full refund which I was told would happen. Wrote them an email and sent photos. Emailed the booking agent who also contacted them. The hotel had the cheek to charge me and took the money from my credit card even though I couldn't sleep there and left in under 10 hours. I emailed them after they had taken my money and they did not respond. Unprofessional organisation, dirty, rundown hotel.. I've been in cleaner ten-dorm hostels. Don't waste your money.
