+: ห้องสวยเป็นสัดส่วน มีความเป็นส่วนตัว วิวจากห้องพักสวย ภายในรีสอร์ทก็ร่มรื่น เป็นธรรมชาติมาก พื้นที่ใหญ่มีจุดให้เดินเที่ยวเยอะ คนไม่พลุกพล่าน พนักงานบริการดีมาก

-: ตอนมาถึงเจ้าหน้าที่ให้จอดรถด้านนอกรีสอร์ทแล้วยืนรอรถรีสอร์ทมารับ ฝนตกปรอยๆ ไม่มีที่พักรอ รถของรีสอร์ทที่มารับเป็นรถกระบะ 4 ประตู ทุลักทุเลพอสมควรห้องที่พักไม่เก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงเวลาห้องด้านบนเดินวิ่งหรือปิดประตูเสียงดัง โดยเฉพาะตอนดึกๆ ทำให้รบกวนการพักผ่อนและเสียบรรยากาศไปเยอะเลย

+: The staffs were so helpful and lively. They responded promptly for all requests. The hotel is 18 years old but very well maintained. It doesn’t look old at all.

-: We smelled something while we were swimming. I guess it was cannabis or cigar.

+: El hotel es precioso, el personal súper amable, el desayuno muy bueno también. La piscina fabulosa con el agua fresquita que se agradece.

-: La lejanía con el centro. El hotel debería facilitar trasporte gratuito al centro. Está a más de una hora del centro y el servicio de taxi que proporciona el hotel es bastante elevado de precio.

+: The location is beautiful, the nature around it is breathtaking. Service was very kind and the food was delicious, and the installations were very appealing from the outdoor gym, the pools or the meditation area to the main entrance and restaurant.

-: The pool villa rooms were beautiful but the bathroom felt a little outdated. Small things like the grout in the shower, the glace in the Bathtub or the old fashioned shower head. Another easy fix would be the redesign of the restaurant menu as it felt a little outdated as well.

+: This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The swimming pool is incredible although I will admit cold. The staff are on hand to assist you with everything. The food in the restaurant and the sweeping views of the mountains of Fantastic. This really is a wonderful place to stay with very large rooms and it was worth the Jacuzzi on the balcony room.

-: You do have to rely on renting a car or Taxi as it’s quite remote however, that’s what you go for. You just need to be aware. I do think the children’s activities should be open in the evening as then the adults could have dinner and relax at the bar where the children have something to do. That’s probably the only negative.
