+: Расположение отличное. Внизу кафе с русским меню. -: При заезде попытались навязать условие о плате за посещение меня гостей. Уборка непонятно в какое время и не всегда качественно. Один день в моем номере вообще не убрали, хотя висела табличка об этом. И вид ужасный с балкона.

+: Хороший напор воды и вода реально горячая, ванна в номере. Идеальное месторасположение, магазины, обменники до моря 3 минуты. -: Насекомые в номере. Попросили оплатить за номер на рецепшен второй раз при заезде, долго разбирались. Убираются в разное время.

+: В номере убирались ежедневно с заменой полотенец. Номер просторный, но уже очень изношен Месторасположение прекрасное, 5 минут до пляжа и столько же до Бангла Роуд -: При заселении пришлось доказывать, что номер я оплатила заранее В Ресторане от отеля завышены цены, не знаю кто там ест, все ну уж очень обычно (Том ям без гарнира 240 батт)

+: Очень удобное месторасположение, близко пляж, рынок и прочие развлечения. Снимали 2 номера на 5 человек, 2е взрослых, 3е детей, нам дали номер рядом, было очень удобно. -: Видно что отель не новый, всё живое, но изношенность обстановки сильно ощущается. Забитый душ, шумный кондиционер и т.п.

+: Жили на последнем этаже в номере с джакузи. Отличный вид с балкона. Отдельный кайф от джакузи на балконе. Каждый вечер принимали ванну. Отличное месторасположение. -: В номере был очень шумный кондиционер. Звенели лопасти регулирования воздушного потока. Пришлось вручную все лопасти проклабывать туалетной бумагой, что бы не звенели.Уставшая мебель и сантехника, из душа плохо текла вода.

+: Terrible! Очень грязно! Вся комната в грязи, песке и сломанных вещал! Полотенца черные - по ним скорей всего ктр-то походил! Такого ужаса я давно не видел! До этого взяли номер у этой де сети и просидев 3 часа на Reception отправили в этот ад! -: Сломанные вещи, сломанная кровать, подушка драная, полотенце второе для пола с огромной дыркой

+: отель в целом соответствует ожиданиям, согласно тем, что оставлены на букинг -: Просто поразило: заехали в отель ночью 31 декабря. 1 янв.спросила на ресепшн, можно ли вызвать такси днем 2 января до rassada pier, т.к. собирались на пхи-пхи. менеджер на ресепшн сказала - ок, такси стоят рядом со входом. за 2 часа по поездки пришли "сдать" номер и попросили вызвать такси. Начался "концерт". Бабка в розовой майке(ее стол стоит рядом с ресепшн с кучей рекламных брошюр) взяла 700 бат и сказала "ждите пжл 10 минут". машина не приехала. отмечу, что на ресепшн отеля сказали "такси она занимается" и сами помогать не стали. бабка вернула деньги и сказала "сори машины не будет". Дальше стал уже орать муж,чтобы вызвали любое такси, т.к. мы можем опоздать, приехал таец на автобусе с женой и ребенком чз 20 мин - явно не такси - и нас забрал.
