-: La habitación olía a viejo. El lavamanos estaba malo le dije al muchacho de recepción pero no lo arreglaron y la puerta de el baño muy dura para abrir y cerrar.

+: We loved the location; it was far enough away from the busy nightlife so there was no night noise but close enough to get amongst it with a short walk. Perfect being right opposite the beach! Breakfast was delicious and the coffee so good!! Staff were so helpful and even extended our check out when hubby got sick. Lovely pool too.
-: Not a negative but good to be aware there is only coffee on offer in rooms, no tea and only powdered milk, not long life.

+: Property is at good location, right opposite the beach. Everything is easily available. 7-11 is right next to it.
-: There was no staff at night for any assistance. If there was one, he was not available. The room that we were allocated, the lock never worked. Anybody could open the lock from outside without the keys. We were then moved to a different room.

+: This quirky little hotel ticks most of the boxes. It's an easy walk to the hustle and bustle of Patong yet far enough away to enjoy the peace. Having windows that overlook the water makes for serenity.
-: The rooftop pool didn't have any umbrellas The breakfast menu is somewhat limited
