+: The staff were superb from start to finish. Jeet the Customer Service manager was super helpful in suggesting where to go and what to do and even booked various things for us. The grounds of the resort are beatifully set amongst water, trees and dense greenery everywhere. Our room had a lovely outside decked area with a jacuzzi and was big and spacious. I've been fortunate over the years to stay in some wonderful places and this is up there as one of the best.

-: Struggled to find anything negative to say and really the only trivial thing I could come up with is improve the quality of the sausages served at breakfast time - but trust me that's no deal breaker to me reccomending this hotel to anyone.
