Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Pavilion Samui Villas & Resort 4* 2024-2025 Thailand, Ko Samui

+: our 2 bedroom villa was very spacious and very clean. The staff, from reception to restaurant and spa were all very helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and egg station particularly good. Food in the restaurant was good, maybe not the best we've had in Thailand but very good value and staff always willing to meet out requests.

-: The hotel could offer more activities for guests, yoga only available twice a week and when I stayed it was on the day I was planning an outing.

+: Le lit top confort, belle et grande chambre, on a aimé le calme de l'hôtel, 2 piscines, accès direct à la belle plage de Lamai. Place de parc devant l'hôtel.

-: Du choix au petit déjeuner autant sucré que salé..... mais tous les matins pareil

+: Fabulous hotel right at the beach. It had everything. We were so happy with our stay. Food was incredible. Staff were friendly. Perfectly clean and loved the location.

+: Great location. Near to the town but not in the noisy bit Big rooms Breakfast was good Beach is lovely and easy to get chairs and shade no need to get up early

-: A little dated needs a refurb - it was good but for the price we paid would expect something more up to date

+: Anlage war groß und sauber. Pools und Strand waren toll.

-: Wir hatten auf Anfrage ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Hatten ursprünglich ein Zimmer mit Wanne, um auf das Hauptgelände zugelangen, muss man über die Hauptstraße gehen. Unser neues Zimmer war nun auf dem Hauptgelände und alles toll. Bis zur 3 Nacht mit Regen, da kamm dann Leider Wasser durch die Decke und es tropfte aufs Bett. Wir konnten schnell das Zimmer wechseln, doch eine Entschädigung gab es erst nach Anfrage. Auch war das Personal am Empfang etwas planlos. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht im System getauscht. Aufenthalt im Zimmer wurde bei Abreise um 2 Stunden verlängert, auch dies wurde leider auf der Zimmerkarte nicht geändert, so dass wir in Badesachen vor der Türe standen.
