+: We’ve been here in January, and we came back but not the last time, we loved the stay here, awesome service, awesome kids club, pool, slides (it was good to see that they finished the second big slide park), simply the best choice to stay here, our 4YO kid loves it, and ask when we are coming back :-), for me this is the most impressive review-my baby loves it so much, too.

+: The location was great.Swimming pool with slider was fun for kids. The staff front gate very helpfull. Especially to Mr.Eak, Mr.Taa & Mr. Junior👍

+: Wide variety of breakfast, even had a special fruit & veg juice. Location was great, can get to the beach across easily (sometimes the security will help). Room was big and pretty. Had free shuttle to Big C at Patong. Staff were polite. Like the convenience of using WhatsApp to communicate with the duty manager. Had great help from them when my son fell very sick, very grateful to them.
-: We are on the 2nd floor hence our balcony literally looks down to the pool, which makes it awkward to sit at the balcony staring at people in the pool. It can also get a bit noisy when they started playing music. We are at block 6 which is a distance to the lobby. Bathroom is big but would be great if they have some hooks to hang our clothes.
