+: We had a great time at Graceland .We had a beautiful room with exit to the pool. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The buffet for breakfast had a lot of variety and very tasty wonderful thai food. We enjoyed the pool and strolled the market along Putong beach. Great location.

-: We didnt like the control for the lights it made it a bit complicated.
