+: Kein Mensch hat uns kontaktiert das hotel zu ist . Es ist alles kaputt vor Ort . Reine Ruinen. Baustelle . Uns das nach 12 Stunden Flug, wir standen einfach so in der Tiefe Nacht draussen ! Ohne dieses hotel .

+: The room was amazing! 5 star! View's spectacular even from the beautiful marble bathroom. Huge balcony. Great food included in our package. Awesome buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful with good English.
-: Had to go to reception for pool towels. None downstairs at the bar. Housekeeping ran out of towels and water some day's and forgot to deliver.

+: This Hotel is under renovation the anxiety and stress that we experience is in maximum level after long hours of flight, then when the time we arrived on hotel its close and under renovation. I demand to get my Money back Booking.com should know about this and inform the customers doing a booking on this Hotel a really big dissapointment.... I'm not sure who to blame but booking.com is part of this been trying to communicate through email and call bit no response on both

-: The hotel I booked through Booking.com was closed upon arrival, leaving my family and I stranded with no explanation. This forced us to find alternative accommodation late at night, causing significant inconvenience and distress. I believe this hotel may be fraudulent, and I'm concerned that Booking.com allowed reservations and payments for such establishments. I demand a full refund for my stay which is more than 1400$.Extremely bad.Also Booking.com customer service till this moment (after 5 nights) doesn't provide explanation of this closure of Resturant nor my refund
