+: Excellent location near the subway station, modern room with a refrigerator, toiletries, towels, daily cleaning and 1 liter of bottled water, the room has a wardrobe and sufficient storage space, comfortable bed, the hotel pool on the 14th floor is only big enough for a small number of guests, large rooftop lounge without buffet option, Lumphini park acros the street.
-: The air conditioning was not enough to cool the room, the reception and lobby smell stale, the staff at the reception acted as if they were not there, the hotel does not provide laundry service or bathrobes for the hotel pool
