+: Providing the varieties of food is fantastic. My favorite is Soup and Coffee.

-: Two things 1. Hand Soap is not included in bathroom amenities is the worst experience for me. Washing hand is the necessary habit in everyone's life and hope the management can consider to be provided as usual. 2. Drainage system in bathroom. Water flow is not well thus I was in flood during bath time. Please help maintenance to room 1001.

-: The smell from the toilets are unbearable and there is a strange smell from the rooms. There are no toiletries in the bathroom and you are required to pay cash deposit of 2000 baht upon check in. The breakfast is nothing great and the rooms are not clean. I would select other hotels next time.

-: bad front desk. We requested rooms together when booking, however, when we arrived there they told us to pay more to meet our request. Moreover, they charged us more than the amount that was in booking. They detect the amount from the visa card in booking and then charge us more with a cash amount before the check in. The staff were not friendly, racists, and they treated us with mockery. Not all services were available (no slippers, no microwave, no tissue). So as a four star hotel we had higher expectations than this.
