-: The first they when I checked in they give me nice room Was smell a lot I talk to them they come they put parfumeIn room after 3 minute was smell again Humidity.I go down to the reception I talk to them I say the room still smell im very sensitive to the smell I need another room to change.They understand what I say And they change me the room.Was exilent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️🙏😀

+: We checked in ok and we checked out ok. It was an ok experience but my expectations of a Radisson Blu hotel were not met.

-: Service in the hotel was not up to standard. Reported my safe not working several times and several times they fixed it only for it to not work a few hours later. I gave up in the end and when it failed on our last day, I did not bother to report it. Bar service in the ground level area pretty slow and erratic to say the least. Swimming pool area is on same level as rooms hosting events or meetings for organisations or companies who spill out every now and then into the Pool area. The pool area can sometimes get crowded and there are not enough loungers for the people there meaning clothes and towels are left on concrete floor besides the pool
