-: Er et godt stykke unna alt annet, så her er man litt isolert. Tar ca 40min å kjøre til Rayong sentrum. Hvis du får nr til en taxisjåfør og kan ringe vedkommende for å hente deg, så er det mye penger spart enn å booke gjennom et taxifirma.

-: I stayed on July 28th and checked out on July 29th. When I checked in, everything went smoothly. And when entering the room, I found that the curtains were heavily stained. During the night, water from the headshower gushed out of the shower at intervals. At that time I was not sure if it was due to the water pressure or not. Besides, the bed smells very musty, and hard to sleep. Even though I stayed for only 1 night I tried to accept the situation and understand the fact that there were quite a lot of guests due to the long holiday, so I decided not to request a room change or inform the staff in any way. I woke up in the morning I foud a cockroach running and wriggling in the middle of the room, which is something that should not have happened at all. So, I went down to inform the reception staff at 9.30 am. There were both male and female staff on duty. I complained about the shower and cockroaches. The female staff asked if I didn't turn off the shower properly. And the male staff told me that the hotel cleans every week. The reason why the cockroaches in the room were found is because the hotel put insecticide in the pipes, causing the cockroaches to escape from the pipes into the room, as if it happened at any time. What surprised me was staff decided to respond to my complaint before even apologizing to me.
