+: It didn't go well, so it is an unfair review
-: We arrived late and the problems couldn't be resolved because of the time. I'd ordered a room with three beds and there was only one. Both my kids had to sleep on the floor (and I'd booked them in as adults). I think they could have tried harder really, but it was late and we were tired. We had stayed at the sister hotel previously (Also the Regent) and that place was a different class.
