+: The car park and the market only a few hindred metres up the road
-: Check-in went smoothly, or so I thought. Paid a 500 baht key deposit as well as a shuttle to the airport leaving very, as well as car parking. The first room I was given, stank of cigarette smoke, The second room smelled better but everything was wrong. The door to the toilet couldn't be opened because it hit the toilet bowl, there were no spoons to stir a cup of coffee and apart from 2 cups, a fridge and a kettle, there were no other utensils at all. The bed was also rock hard. The lounge was broken and really uncomfortable and the TV was good watching if you're Thai Checked out very early and asked about the shuttle to be told I had not ordered one. That got sorted, but only because I was refunded 200 baht in coins and paid for a taxi instead. When I returned to collect my car, I'd booked in for another night and the transfer did turn up eventually. Different room but the same issues, lumpy, rock-hard bed, but in fairness the air-con worked, though the lounge was horrible again. When I left, I handed in my key and expected to be given a 500 baht note which I'd given over the night before., but the night staff tried to give me coins again. Managed to get that sorted out and was seriously happy to leave. If you read about the facilities, this place sounds very good but the reality is completely different. Yes they have a restaurant - that only serves breakfast, so if you want any food, you need to walk the 500 metres to a 711 or the food market, which closes around 6pm. I never saw a minibar, there were no cleaning products of any kind and certainly not any laundry dryer. Given the hundreds of other options in Lat Krabang, I'd urge anyone needing an airport hotel to find another property. This place is simply thebad. .
