+: The upgraded room (paid for) was okay and very spacious. Breakfast was superb and great variety. Good swimming pool and small garden with sports facilities - mainly for permanent residents.
-: Original room smaller and with wire netting over the view! Impossible for photography. Building is older, which is okay but could do with a bit of modernisation to make it competitive. No easy access to transport except taxis. Riverfront not accessible for walking.. Hotel main entrance at the side - down a strange alley.

+: الفندق كان نظيف وهادئ والمنظر على النهر جميل والغرف واسعة المطبخ مناسب ودوراة المياه فيها شطاف مصاعد كبيره وسريعه الخدمه ممتازه وقريب منه مجمع فيه 711 ومكينة سحب ATM ومحل هندي
-: الافطار خيارته ضعيفه للمسلمين والعرب وطريقة تحضير الوجبات غير مناسبه، الموقع بعيد عن شارع العرب بس برنامج جراب يحل لك مشكلة التوصيل والمواصلات
