+: Great facilities - clean spacious well appointed rooms. Fantastic infinity swimming pool. Easy access to private beach. Delicious and varied breakfast spread. Attentive staff. We will certainly come back when next in Pattaya.

-: Food in Breezeo restaurant was average.

+: Beach Terrace the best of the three hotels (Beach terrace, Grand, Beach). Very cozy and comfortable, easy to access to the beach. Very quiet, big and comfortable bed. Good breakfast, you can find everything you need. There is a shuttle to the pool area among the trees, next to the gym, these are the best pools in the complex. On the left on the beach there is a stairs that goes up to the city through the restaurant The Sky Gallery.

+: very nice and clean great location

+: The hotel will try to take from u money on visitors 1000 baht ! Don't pay them it's iligal !!

-: To big uncomftble , far way and feels like jail
