+: Hardly possible to swim in the see, it is dirty. The area does not 'touch", rooms are extremely humid.
-: Front desk approach really arrogant, which destroys all the impression about the stay. Overall, old hotel, nothing exceptional, food is very ordinary, really no good value for money

-: We were downgraded to lower level hotel due to constriction ongoing, but any price difference were not compensated. Rooms are very humid, leakage from shower room to the bathroom. We thought high humidity due to Pattaya weather, but when we moved to different hotel, we didn’t have this issue there. The sea is not clean.

+: A few swimming pools to choose from. Everything is expensive at the hotel - food and drinks. Try happy hour in the sunset bar, that is lovely and half price drinks (still expensive).
-: Couldn’t stay in the same room despite nobody else having booked it specifically so had to move. Half an hour wait in the morning to move things around, painful for no reason.
