-: We checkten in de vooravond in. Er was niemand om ons op te vangen. Toilet in de kamer werkte niet en beddengoed had een vlek. Barbara gebeld en die gaf aan dat er niemand beschikbaar was om het probleem op te lossen. Volgende ochtend is het opgelost maar deze dame in kwestie is zeer arrogant en niet klantvriendelijk. De vloer van de bovenverdieping kraakt verschrikkelijk
