+: The hotel service was impeccable and the staff's attentiveness was outstanding. We were treated to extraordinary customizable breakfast selections that were pleasing to the palate. We appreciated the upgrade to the Grand Suite that was abundantly spacious.
-: One negative is that the suite did not have an in-room safe.A consideration for future visitors is that the hotel location isn't served by songtaew routes. Fortunately, Grab ride share is available.
