-: Having a Thai friend bullied into paying for breakfast while my booking.com confirmation note clearly states, in both English and Thai language, "meal plan: breakfast is included in the final price" and similarly in both languages my confirmation note from booking.com states: "(my name) for two adults". Very disappointing to what had otherwise been a satisfactory third stay at this property. As a regular visitor to Thailand I am unlikely to stay at this property again or to recommend it. This disappointing incident did not incur a large sum of money but it was more the principle that staff did not recognize the entitlements as detailed on the booking.com confirmation note. And their bullying to my friend while I was otherwise engaged getting breakfast.

+: The food choices for breakfast was really nice, the chef even accommodated for my halal food needs. I like that the staff is always helpful too during my entire stay.
-: There was no iron provided in the room, and the remote control for the TV doesn't work at times. But nothing major!
