+: Loved our stay at Sala Samui, the whole hotel is well maintained, loved all the tropical gardens, super friendly professional staff. The pool area and beach very relaxing. Breakfast superb. Bed super comfortable. Loved the location and local Thai restaurants. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

+: Everything was great! The service was especially great, and they were so kind to our young son. They remembered my son's name and always spoke to him, and when he had a fever they quickly arranged for him to go to the hospital, which we are very grateful for.
-: The toilet is outside so I was afraid of getting bitten by mosquitoes. However, the hotel took thorough measures such as pest control, so I didn't have any major complaints.
