Located on Bo Phut Beach, Samui Palm Beach Resort & Royal Wing features Koh Samui’s largest swimming pool, free shuttle bus services and a restaurant. It offers spacious rooms with private balconies.

+: Everything. Great facilities with 2 swimming pools on the beach, always excellent service (especially Pong Pang and also also Nancy, Boy and Nut), large and clean rooms.and varied and delicious breakfast.
-: Nothing really. The beach chairs near the beach should have foam mattresses and the coffees made by a machine were not good.

+: sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schön angelegter Garten.Direkt am Strand. Sehr großzügiges Zimmer und Bad.
-: Teilweise auffallend ,sehr ,unfreundliches Personal.Das Zimmer im vorderen Hotelbereich war sehr laut durch Straßenlärm, wir mussten unser Zimmer in den hinteren Hotelbereich wechseln.Am Pool gab es nicht genug Sonnenliegen für die vielen Hotelgäste.Beim Frühstück wird man mit lauter Musik beschallt, was sehr nervend ist.

+: Goed resort prachtig aangelegde tuinen. Goede service schone mooie grote kamer. Zwembad was groot resort ligt aan het strand. Gratis minibar service elke dag. Kamers die hoog liggen hebben een lift. Gratis shuttle taxi. Goede keuze voor een goede prijs.
-: Bed was veel te hard je kan een dekbed extra vragen hier betaal je 100baht per nacht voor. Te weinig ligbedjes bij de zwembaden aan het strand en weinig tot geen prullenbakken bij het zwembad.

+: The whole resort was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Nern in the breakfast restaurant and Pongpang in the Sea Grille.
-: It would have been good to have a door between the bathroom and the dressing area. Also, a map or information from reception about access across from one side of the resort to the other would have been really helpful.
