+: Room not available on arrival. Had to book into another hotel for the night. Asked to be reimbursed for the charge at the other hotel. Manager refused and was totally uncompromising,.No customer skills whatever.

+: C'est pas un 4 étoiles mais pour le prix et l'emplacement il faut pas se plaindre personnelle (petite famille) très gentille

+: Staff accogliente e disponibile, possibilità di noleggiare lo scooter a prezzo onesto.Praticamente alla spiaggia di Rawai dove è possibile prendere le barche per la varie escursioni

+: Price. Great bed, room darkening curtains, room was great. Little mold in the shower but everything else was spotless. Good shower. Hot water. Has beach supplies to use. Nice sitting area outside of room.

-: I am older and found the stairs difficult to climb especially with bags. Only one flight but no one offers to help with bags. If you have difficulty ask for a ground floor when booking.
