+: Las instalaciones, la atención, buena predisposicion y amabilidad de todo el personal

-: No hay nadie en todo el complejo que hable español, comunicarse se hizo difícil y fuimos nosotros quienes tuvimos que usar el traductor para poder hablar.. Tendrian que ser los empleados los que espontáneamente usen el traductor de acuerdo al idioma que necesiten. Otro tema fue la comida, eramos 4 pedimos para comer todos juntos y la comida llegó a destiempo y en un caso no llego porque confundieron el pedido. La carta mostraba platos que después de un rato, no tenían. Mucho personal desaproechado, 3 para atender 1 mesa.

+: Die Lage ist traumhaft, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein unglaublich reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit Allem was das Herz begehrt. Tolle Zimmer mit Mega Ausblick.

-: Das Anwesen ist sehr groß und hügelig und man wird im Ressort mit Pick up Fahrzeugen hin und her gefahren. Je nach Lage des Zimmers, bei uns war es ganz oben, muss man auf ein Fahrzeug warten. Mal schnell an den Strand oder raus aus dem Hotel ist nicht.Allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau.
