+: The resort needs a facelift and continuity with service levels and accommodation. We stayed in the main hotel (not a villa) and we were upset. It was worn, old, floor was a death-trap and it leaked so badly they upgraded us. The villa they upgraded us to was great and we were very happy with it. Reception staff were great but pool and restaurant staff poor. Took 30 mins to get a drink in one of their restaurants. Service by the pool was non-existent. Breakfast was great but dinners poor and expensive.

+: Santiburi Hotel is on top of my list from my recent holiday travels. It is absolutely exceptional, the atmosphere inside, the location, the food at the breakfast buffet. The property itself is outstanding, located at the sea, in one huge tropical park. Every inch of it is taken care of, the beauty of this place makes me smile every time I think of it. In the near you can find plenty of small restaurants, food markets and shops. I have to mention the SPA that is absolutely special. I have taken the whole package and was treated with several massages, all of them done in utmost professional way. All Therapists and Front Desk Ladies (inklusive the Interns) were not only well skilled, but very friendly. You could see that they love working there and that they are there for the Customers. I give this place highest rating.

+: Traumhafter Strand und Hotel, sauberes und großes Apartment. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Auch sollte man die anderen Urlauber erwähnen, wir haben hier keine Liegenreservierer durch Handttücher erlebt. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

+: Poll villa number 218 is excellent,

+: Wir haben ein Reserve Pool Villa gebucht, es war genau so schön, wie auf dem Fotos! Super modern, sauber mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Zimmermädchen haben oft frische Frangipani (meine Lieblingsblume) auf dem Bett oder auf dem Tisch gelegt. Strand war sehr sauber mit viele Liegen. Frühstück ein Traum! Thai Restaurant sehr sehr gut, aber nicht gerade billig. Personal sehr nett, besonders: Sodsai (Bedienung am Strandrestaurant) und Lee (Rezeption).
