+: The condo building was well maintained. 10 minute walk from the beach. The condo was beautifully maintained, and very clean and fresh. There was free weekly housekeeping. Amazing sunset views. Anytime there was an issue, the host (Cindy) took care of it immediately.
-: Hot water was spotty, we reported it but not until almost the last day because not a big deal. Likely just a small issue with the dedicated water heater. The host, Cindy, said it would be fixed asap and we believe her!

+: Super friendly host, clean and tidy beds, great sea view, spaciousness, room design.
-: All the infrastructure inside and outside the apartments including water, electricity, cosmetic, furniture and kitchen appliance are very "tired" . This property is in the urgent need of serious renovation. Loose floor, insects, rust. From our own feeling, price quality ratio does not match the line. Be careful, no soundproof at all due to building specific.

+: Comfortable room, great sea view from balcony. Caretaker of the property was very cooperative and helped us through out our stay.
-: Situated on a slight uphill so commuting to market and beach was slightly difficult.
