Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí acogido por un personal increíblemente amable y atento. Todos, desde la recepción hasta el servicio de limpieza, hicieron todo lo posible por asegurarse de que mi estancia fuera cómoda y agradable. La calidez con la que me trataron me hizo sentir como si formara parte de una gran familia.Las instalaciones son impecables y bien cuidadas, y la atmósfera general del hotel es relajante y acogedora. La atención al detalle es evidente en cada rincón, lo que demuestra el cariño y el compromiso del equipo con sus huéspedes. +: La struttura é bella, in particolare la piscina con bar
-: I servizi non sono quelli di un resort 5 stelle. Le ville con piscina privata sono delle camere con piscina, la palestra è mal attrezzata, la colazione affollata. L’aspetto critico è il mare, proprio di fianco un canale rende torbida l’acqua di tutta la zona.Lo staff é gentile ma non é quel tipo di staff che si impegna per risolvere i problemi. Abbiamo chiesto del balsamo per capelli e ci é stato detto che dovevamo accontentarci dello sciamo misto a balsamo. Abbiamo chiesto un transfer per l’aeroporto (che dista 15 min) e ci é stato offerto come unica opzione un transfer più caro di quello a Bangkok (1 ora di tragitto) .. insomma servizi così così.La struttura dispone di un’ area di co-working, non l’abbiamo usata ma sembra ben organizzata e luminosa .. un punto a favore per chi volesse lavorare qualche giorno da remoto.

+: Absolutely everything!! Outstanding place to stay our second time here in 6 months. The place is modern beautifully clean and the staff are just exceptional beyond words. Jan in management he is just incredible and all staff follow they are happy so friendly and cannot do enough and I can’t say enoug!! Food is great 2 hours of happy hour daily you will never want to leave….we will be back for a 3rd no doubt!!
