+: I liked the view from my room. the room size was larger than most of the rooms in Bangkok. The hotel pool was nice but water was a bit cold. its a family friendly hotel. security is very good away from hassels of bangkok. All other staff were very friendly (except receptionist). The hotel is connected to rail and Terminal 2 mall and easily accessible to everything else while being away from everything.
-: the reception staff was not as friendly and welcoming being a luxury hotel.
