+: Stunning property , beautiful grounds and gardens . Staff so lovely and helpful

+: The hotel is located on an excellent beach. The breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are very friendly and attentive. For the younger children, they make pancakes in the shape of monkeys, Mickeys, cats and rabbits, which made my daughters very happy. Regarding the pools, the hotel has 2 but we only used the pool next to the beach, which, although beautiful for photos, is dangerous due to its covering. It would be best to go in with sea shoes because they hurt your feet a lot. This hotel has a lot of potential to be an excellent hotel, but the services and infrastructure need to be improved.

-: The rooms are spacious but the furniture is old. The air conditioning in the room is very noisy. The service is not as excellent as you would expect from the Sheraton brand.The kids club, despite having a huge space and great potential for doing wonderful things, is abandoned and everything is closed and broken. The photos are very misleading!

+: Die gesamte Anlage war perfekt, so grün und der Strandabschnitt war der schönste (wir haben uns die anderen auch angeschaut).Zimmer waren sauber, dass Möbelar für sein alter gut gepflegt. Klimaanlage im Zimmer könnte vielleicht etwas besser gewartet werden ich bildete mir einen leicht modrigen Geruch ein (mein Mann roch nichts).Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl an Obst Gemüse und Nationalen Gerichten. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel wir würden es wieder buchen!

+: Ottima struttura per un completo relax in una Thailandia spesso caotica. Staff eccellente

-: Corsa ai lettini la mattina i quali non sono disponibili per tutti gli ospiti.

+: Resort posizionato in una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola, mare molto bello. Abbiamo soggiornato 6 giorni, in formula all inclusive, mangiare buono, sia quello internazionale, sia quello thai. Possibilità di bere cocktail illimitati durante i pasti, non durante il giorno purtroppo. Abbiamo usufruito anche della spa con massaggi thai da 1 ora ciascuno.

-: Le camere sarebbero un po' da ristrutturare, alcune un po' lontane dalla spiaggia, bisogna camminare 10 min per arrivare alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti. Nel complesso cmq LO CONSIGLIO per la posizione mare.

-: Le camera intercomunicanti sono rumorosissime. L'albergo sarebbe da rinfrescare e rinnovare. Rapporto qualità prezzo non soddisfacente

+: La posizione dell'hotel e' semplicemente straordinaria. Chaweng Noi Beach e' strepitosa ,l'hotel e' immerso in un giardino tropicale con car elettriche sempre pronte a spostarti nelle varie zone del Resort . Soggiorno fantastico per la posizione e la spiaggia . Possibilità di pranzare in spiaggia anche con servizio in spiaggia. Acqua in bottiglia di vetro sempre a disposizione free. Personale gentile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta.

-: Per il nome della famosa catena Sheraton e per il prezzo pagato a notte mi aspettavo più cura e attenzione nei dettagli di tutta la struttura che ne risente del tempo. In spiaggia non ci sono lettini e ombrelloni sufficienti per la quantità di persone che ospita il Resort e rischi di non trovare posto, inoltre molti lettini sono sfondati ma ,dopo il primo giorno e fatto presente al personale un posto ce' sempre stato trovato . Le camere sono spaziose con mobili datati e ridipinti, le tende nella nostra camera strappate e, il bagno vecchio dall'arredamento ai sanitari . In un 5 stelle la biancheria da notte in 4 giorni di soggiorno non ci e' mai stata cambiata Prezzi ristoranti e bar piuttosto alti rispetto alla media della Thailandia. Sala colazione nella media, non particolarmente curata. Da considerare che l'uscita dall'Hotel e' pericolosa a piedi , pertanto si può attraversare soltanto con l'aiuto del personale predisposto.

+: not what you expect for 5 star more 3 Location is good away from the hustle, the beach is amazing! The staff are very good … The breakfast and restaurant were very good

-: Not 5 star the beach section not enough chairs ,chairs are old .. this is a problem if you want to lie on the beach ! Rooms are old and worn , bed terrible Bathrooms are old .. not what you expect for 5 star The hotel needs to pick up there game .. we paid for A better room it was disappointing
