+: Man kommt für die Premiumerfahrung und das Personal wird sein Bestes tun, um sie zu erfüllen.Die Lage ist Weltklasse und wenn man einen Sonderpreis für einen der Villen ergattern kann, sollte man zuschlagen. Für romantische Momente gibt es auf Ko Samui eigentlich nichts besseres.

-: Wie so oft in Thailand muss man kleinere technische Unzulänglichkeiten und evtl. einige Ecken, die nicht perfekt sind, mit einem Lächeln zur Kenntnis nehmen. In solch einem Resort lohnt es sich aber immer, dies auch freundlich zu monieren, denn sie werden sich bemühen, dies entweder zu beheben oder kompensieren. Das einzige was wirklich etwas enttäuschend war, war das Restaurant The Height. Die Präsentation der Gerichte ist zwar makellos, aber es fehlt die extra Klasse im Geschmack, um 5 Sterne dort zu rechtfertigen. Man bekommt geschmacklich besseres in teils ganz normalen Thairestaurants in Lamai oder Chaweng.

+: Amazing service, superb food, heartwarming hospitality and a clean and spiritual way of getting through the day. Pool is cleaned every 2nd day, food is always fresh and clean, rooms are cleaned twice a day and all of your wishes come true.
