-: The room is pretty old. The bed wasn’t very comfortable too. The air conditioner works so loud, so it was hard to sleep with it. The reception staff wasn’t very pleasant and friendly.

+: I really liked the location it was close to the center...it had 24 hour service...it meets your expectations...and the staff very helpful...the lady who cleaned our room was fantastic she left everything spotless... worth a visit...

+: Very clean, peaceful hotel. The staff are unfailingly polite and honestly want you to have a good time. The sheets and towels were changed every day. The location is 5 mins walk away from downtown old Phuket with lots of places for breakfast. You can have coffee in the lobby and there is a hot water dispenser. Fantastic value for money with free wi-fi as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
