+: The big pool in front looks great, but I'm not a swimmer, though it looks clean and good for kids. Location in Central Pattaya was great for me, near Tukcom (tech mall; Starbucks), and a big grocery with a taxi rank. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. My room was high up and quiet. Walls seem thick. Room was very large, mattress and bedding were good. Fridge acceptable. Bathroom acceptable. WiFi acceptable. Staff helpful. Cleaning daily without asking. Laundry to drop off clothes nearby.

-: The hotel is huge and was magnificent in its time, but needs a refresh. Decor and fixtures are tired. If I had not brought a power strip, I would not have been able to power all my devices.
